An integrated support desk through which personnel raise tickets directly to system administrators, removing any dependence on an external ticketing system. Each request is logged, assigned and resolved within the platform, supported by a searchable knowledge base of guidance articles.
Warehouse & Stock
Operate an on-site warehouse for the contractors who store materials with you. Inbound deliveries are booked, counted and labelled; stock is tracked by company and location; and release requests pass through approval, are picked by barcode scan, and are either collected against a pass or dispatched on scheduled delivery runs with proof of delivery.
Contractors & Work Permits
Manage contractor visits and the permits each requires — hot works, working at height, RAMS or your own templates. Contractors complete and sign permits through a secure portal before arrival; your team approves them or returns them with comments, and check-in is enabled only once every permit is approved.
Team Messages
Secure, threaded messaging between personnel across your sites, with read status and notifications — keeping operational handovers and instructions within the platform and off personal devices.
SOS Duress Alarm
Lone-worker protection built into the officer's mobile application. A single press begins a thirty-second countdown that may be cancelled; if it elapses, the control room is alerted immediately with the officer's identity, site and live location. The dashboard sounds an audible alarm and flashes the officer's position on the personnel map until an operator acknowledges it. Every alarm is retained with its acknowledgement, resolution and running commentary, providing a defensible record of the response.
